Your VA will certainly assist you with some standard accounting tasks, but will find it difficult to handle any specialized accounting packages as they might have limited knowledge in those domains.
We comply with major U.S. holidays. However, your VA will be available on these holidays, if you choose to.
Our VAs follow the standard business work regime. We work from Monday through Friday as per your time zone. We commit to complete the tasks on the same day which are assigned at the beginning of the day & it is very unlikely that we can complete those tasks which are assigned minutes before the end of work day. Such tasks will be completed on the next business day.

All our plans come with a dedicated virtual assistant (VA). You will work with the same VA which helps to maintain the continuity & your VA will grow along with assigned tasks to understand your preferences. Yes, you can switch between plans as you like by confirming us through e-mail or call. Our flexible plan system allows you to do that in simple steps. Lot of people get started with a basic plan & upgrade once they get a good feel of our services.
Yes, you can share with others for performing tasks at no extra charges. During such situation, we request you to prioritize the assigned tasks as multiple VAs will be working.
We understand you need flexibility, so we have modeled our validity accordingly. We give you 3 months to use your hours. So your hours will roll-over for 3 months, providing you enough time to utilize them. Unused hours will expire at the end of the three month period. Please make sure that you use our VA to the fullest by assigning tasks.
We will e-mail you well in advance intimating that your plan is getting exhausted with a link to renew or buy the plan as per your needs. Just follow the link & once you have bought the hours, you are ready to use our VA services again
Yes, most certainly. Just drop us an e-mail confirming the change, and we will replace the VA with a suitable VA within 2 days of your request & we will make sure that the continuity is maintained with proper transfer of tasks knowledge.
You can drop us an e-mail, call us on the phone or get connected through Skype. You can also download our app & assign your task. Few of our clients just want to e-mail, Message or call us. We are fine with your convenience.
We accept on- line bank transfers, Credit & Debit card payments. You can pay us through paypal as well. Once your payment is received, within 24 hours, our team will activate your account & provide you with your login credentials. Just sign in!
Our VAs are skilled & good at handling most of the tasks, but there might be few tasks we might have to improve. We offer a 60 day refund commitment. Try us out and if you feel we are not up to the mark, we will initiate the refund of UNUSED hours to your account There is no risk & it’s very simple.
